Does any of these documents mean anything to any of you guys?  This is mostly aimed at you and the other admins, Mike. 

The URL starts in the bottom right hand corner and heads up diagonally to the upper left.  And I second whoever left the question about IC, do you have any contact information for them, Mike?  We'd like to follow up on where David worked.

*edit* That's also the same logo that's on www.adoptaspacemonkey.com, the same website that gave me the address to this one.  There's probably a connection, don't you think?  Does David design webpages?
